LXR*TEST Compatible Readers and Forms

The following table provides assistance in selecting forms and readers that are compatible with LXR*TEST. If you have a custom form that does not appear on this list, please send 12 originals to SeaByte and we will provide you with a quote for a one-time charge to setup for the form definition file.

LXR now directly offers a response form that is optimized for use with LXR*TEST. Called the "LXR 20020", this form permits scoring 200 multiple choice items and up to 20 numeric response or teacher-graded items using compatible readers. Full demographic analysis is provided for up to 4 selection fields. LXR*TEST supports automatic "pre-slugging" for this custom form. The LXR 20020 forms are available in packages of 500 sheets.
